This variety is recorded as a natural mutation of the Typica variety, also known as Pajarito. For many years, it has been cultivated in the mountains of Jamaica and later in countries like Kenya, achieving a long history of recognition in the world of specialty coffees. This specialty coffee comes in micro lots, so it's availability it's subject to inventory.
